Sydney's POV~
The bell rang and we went to lunch. I got in line with Cameron. "What're you getting?" I asked him. "I don't know maybe a sandwich. Wanna share?" "Yeah sure." We got the sandwich and we both ate a half of the sandwich. "So what are we doing later?" "It's gonna be a surprise." "Why??" "Because. Anyways it is a date." He said getting up throwing the trash away. "Hmm. Is it now?" "Yes it certainly is." He said with a smirk. He put his arm around my shoulder. "It won't be fancy or anything. Just you know. A date." "Ahh. Ok non fancy it is." I said as we both laughed. He walked me to my locker. "Well I can't wait until later. But I gotta go to detention now..." "Oh right so I'll pick you up at around 6:30ish?" "Ok yeah. Can't wait!" I said as he have me a kiss on my forehead. I was so happy. I had forgotten about Matt and Nash. Until I saw Matt in detention. The teacher really didn't care what we did so I went on my phone and texted Cam.
S-Heyyy I'm so boredd
C- Hey Haha.
S-You think you can give me a hint about our date?
C-Oh yeah bring your penny board and be comfy.
S-Ahh ok my kind of night 👌👌
C- Haha Ok. I gotta go to my locker. See ya in class?
S-See ya.
As I was texting him I let out slight giggles and saw Matt staring at me with an annoyed face. "What?" "Nothing. Have fun on your date." "Wait so you've been peeking at my messages?" "Yeah so what?" "So what? It's none of your business to be looking at who I'm texting Matt." I said as the bell rang and I went to my locker. I saw Cameron waiting for me. "Hey Cam." "Hey Syd. How was detention?" "Literal Hell Broke out when I found out he was reading our texts." "Wow. Just forget about it. He's just jealous he lost you." "Thanks Cam." I said blushing. "I have no problem speaking the truth Syd." He said with a smile. We both stared into each other eyes. We both leaned in to kiss. His lips met mine and they both moved in sync like we've done it a million times. "I love You Sydney." "I love you too Cameron." He said. We held hands and walked to our next class.
