there was a knock at the door, i answer
"exuse me maim, is your husband home?"
it was the police, he looked at my stomach sadly
"yes."
Andre walked up
"sir you are under aresst for the murder of Anika Calhon."
they handcuffed him i grabbed his hand
"please no."
"i'll be gone for a couple of years, promise me you'll take care of ruby."
"you can't leave." i cried on my knee's
"maim, it seem's you have confessed for your fathers murder 4 years ago, so we have to arrest you too." we got in the back of the cop car
"can you loosen these cuff's a little? i am pregnant."
"maim be quiet please."
"my arm is broke, my leg is broke, my wrist is fratured, i know my rights, and i'm pregnant so loosen my cuff a little please?"
"shut up woman! you killed a man!"
"a man that had tried to kill me! and it was me or him!"
the cop reached back and slapped me across the face with his gun.
Andre was not happy at all with that
then, something happened ( i am 9 months pregnant.) my water had broke
"andre."
"what?"
"my water broke."
"exuse me officer?"
"what?!"
"my wife's water broke!!"
"eww. discusting! in the back of my squad car?!"
"would you rather it be on you?"
"we need to take her to the hospital partner."
"she can have the baby in jail and then we can but it in the system."
the words put it in the system ringed threw my ears. so you know what i did, i did the thing Andre found the most annoying
"Andre plug your ears." he looked at me weird at first but then he did it.
"hey! hey! hey! LALALALALALALA! ofiicer! officer! officer! hey! hey! hey sir! hellooooooo! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! sir!"
"what?"
"i need a hospital! noooooooooow!"
then the pain came in and i screamed because it hurted, not to annoy the officer. but the officer thought i was and slapped me agian with his gun
