Later that same day, you pad up to Thunderclaw and ask if he would like to go hunting with you. He nods politely and you both walk into the forest.
You lift your nose into the air and catch the scent of a squirrel nearby. You look around until you see it hiding in a tree.
You crouch low and spring upwards and leap onto the branch the squirrel is on and catch it skillfully. You kill it and drop to the ground.
Thunderclaw gasps in awe. "Wow! That was so good!!!"
His praise makes your heart melt and you grin at him, "Thanks!" you suddenly realise that you really like Thunderclaw and you let out a purr. He smiles sweetly before saying something.
"I know this is really sudden but... Will you be my mate?" Thunderclaw whispers.
You stare at him and yowl, "YES!"
