Yo. So if you don't know me, I'm quite Chubby and I need to fix that. In order to stick to my diet, I'm going to use this book to keep track of my weight loss.

STORY

I am currently 12 and am really self conscious of my body. I eat quite a lot and I can't control my self. My family say I have a fast metabolism for the amount of food I eat. I get bullied at school for my weight and it's been getting worse over the years.

I started my eating disorder at the age of 6. It was a tough time for me since my parents were getting a divorce and I had to leave my home, South Korea, and move to Australia.

I was as skinny as a stick when I was living in Korea, since the food is quite healthy and nothing bad was really happening in my life. I loved going out, going on walks and playing sports. I was popular in Prep.

When I moved to Australia, I had immediately loved it. At that time, I didn't know about the stereotypes of Australia. The food here is very fatty and consists of lots and lots of meat. Since it is VERY hot over here, we tend to have icy poles often. In summer, the freezers at Wolworths and Coles (Super Markets) are empty.

I had gotten addicted to the food. It was so different to the vegetables and the low protein meals back in Korea. I still cant control myself. So, I need your help to keep me on track!
