Jimin was blaming himself after the concert, feeling sorry for not giving his best during the performances.

Jungkook sat across him while holding onto both of his hands, rubbing soft circles on the back of his palm to make his boyfriend feels better.

"please stop blaming yourself hyung, you already gave your best"

"but the voice cracking could be avoided, really"

"for fuck's sake, you've performed so many high notes and that goddamn beautiful choreo for your solo performance, you expect your voice to be stable all way through?!"

"but, the fans-"

"just cut it hyung, to me, to the members, to armys, you're simply perfect. You're amazing okay?"

"kookie, thank you"

Jungkook cupped the older's cheeks before leaning in to attach their lips, kissing Jimin as if he has owed him for eternity, allowing the male to melt in between the kisses.

Both of them pulled apart as they gasped for oxygen, Jimin unknowingly licked his lips and tasted the minty taste of Jungkook's lips that is still left. 

"this is why I can't pay attention during performances"

"what?"

"STOP LICKING YOUR LIPS FOR FUCKS SAKE!"
