"Whatcha doin" tae glances over your shoulder as you continue to write.
You sigh as you turn your head to a bored tae leaning on your shoulder. Your eyes meet and he slowly shifts his weight off of you as you glare at him. Although tae is your best friend you can't help but get irritated at his constant need for attention.
" I'm drawing the bird we saw earlier". Tae ughs as he plops face first into your bed.
" you only saw it for a split second. How did you even remember what it looks like?"
" I don't. I'm improvising from what I remember" you lightly chuckle and dust the eraser pieces off the paper.
"Sometimes I can't decide if your a artistic genius or just weird". Tae snorts, throwing a pillow at your back.
You were going to ignore and continue to draw but an erge for revenge called out and you stood up, throwing the pillow back to the brunette on your bed. A shook tae sits up on the bed and grabs two more pillows in his arms.
Smirking he creepily comes closer to you.
" this is war"
You giggle as you run away from him to your bed to get "armor".
"Lord tae. You are trespassing to our lands. What do you say in your defense" you stood on your bed pointing to the smiling tae.
" I have come to beat the queen with a pillow!"
Tae yells as he climbs onto the bed and hits you with two pillows at once.
The hit almost made you fall but you regained your balance and charged back. Both of you ended up falling down laughing in each others arms. Soon your eyes made contact.
" Am I that handsome for y/n to stare?" Tae says as he bats his eyes.
Rolling you eyes you push him off the bed making him land on his bum. Rubbing it he looks up at you with his lips in a pout.
" I was just joking, meanie".
" so was I" you cheekily smile as you lend tae a hand to stand.
"Well I need to get home. Moms making pork stew tonight"
You shake your head as you watch the overly happy fluff walk out the door and wave to you as he vanished into the distance.
Tae has been your Bestfriend since forever. You did everything together. He'd even take care of you when you were having pms. But you noticed he'd ignore all girls trying to throw themselves at him. Made you wonder why , I mean all the girls are super pretty. Until he knocked on you door with his head hung low one night.
"Tae what's wrong?" You hung your arm over his shoulder and bring him to the couch. Your soft back rub seemed to make him feel less tense.
When he looked up at you it instantly broke your heart. His face was pale and paired with his wet red eyes.
" please don't hate me" he began to cry more and shake.
" I could never hate you. You're my best friend. We've been through thick and thin so nothing can change my mind about you."
Tae forced a smile as he looks at you. Your hands cover his hands that were shaking.
A silence ingulfs the room until small words poured out of his mouth.
"I'm gay"
That was the exact moment you realized your love was one sided.
