How did you find out about Wattpad?
One of my readers on Fictionpress recommend it to me. I was getting worried when I kept reading that other writers being ripped off there, so I decided it was high time to find another location for my babies.
What do you most enjoy doing on Wattpad?
That's rather hard to say, I love the choices they offer.
How long have you been on Wattpad?
Since January of this year.
What influenced you to write?
I'm dyslexic, thus for the longest time I hated to read, in some ways I still do. But writing... writing, made it easier. I started to remember the words better, then I started RPGing with my friends during class, and I got to like it. And I've been writing my own stuff ever since.
What is your favorite Genre?
Romance, probably because there is such a lack there of in my own life. That and it's so much more fun to make Mr. Perfect on paper.
What influences your stories? (pictures, music, etc.)
Honestly I'm not entirely sure, it can random, lyrics in a song, the way an image makes me feel, something a friend would say. I'll just get an idea from that and then I'll start picking at it. I like my stories to have some since of reality, so if I can see the possibility of it in this world then I dive right in and start building and tearing down.
What is your advice for other Wattpaddders?
Figure out what you want from your writing, and once you do that go for it.
This isn't a school assignment where you're being forced to put pen to paper. This is your voice, your words, your feelings and your world that your making. So don't half ass it and expect great results. You want to be read, throw yourself into it, ask for help, for feedback, for editors. Please, please, some of you ask for an editor. (I've got two!) But DO NOT ask for ideas, if you're writing you've all ready got at least one, work with it or trash it and pick something else. Something times trying to keep an idea is just beating a dead horse.
What is your favorite flavor of Ice Cream?
Oh god do I have to choose? Really? Um hmm, Neo...no...Sherb....noo...Mint...ahhh!!! GOD it's like making me choose between russell crowe and chris hemsworth and Viggo Mortensen. Can't I just have them all?
