Dark horse

I am a dark horse to the world

I am the black sheep of my family

I am not the sharpest tool in our shed

I have never been what others wanted me to be.

I can never bow to the will of those who claim to be righteous.

I can never hide from the things I have said.

I can never hide from what I did

to all those who I loved

Its just me now

me and the night

there are candles gathered near and far around me.

I couldn't help but touch one of the struggling flames.

It showed me a hope that can't be broken.

I'm not alone with the night.

I am not the only dark horse, or black sheep, or dull tool.

Together...We are the dark horses who are stronger than the rest of the prideful white stallions.

Together... We make the most beautiful wool for the world to be warmed by.

Together... We make a machine of pure strength, and will power, and compassion for each other.

The world can never break us if we hold together.

I... AM... A... DARK... HORSE!

And will always be proud not to fit in.

there is always help for those who need it... You just have to know where to look to find it, and you never know it can be in the most unexpected places. may the lord be with all who read this... Peace :)
