Epilogue

"My family's visiting me today." Joe said and smiled at Demi who was cooking lunch.

"What time are they coming?" She asked and grinned feeling Joe's arms around her as he kissed the back of her head.

"In about an hour or so." He said. Demi set the spatula down and turned to see Joe.

"Are we going to tell them?" She asked as Joe kissed her.

"We have to sometime." Demi smiled and nodded.

It's been a year and Joe has moved away from his family. His brothers and whole family lived in Los Angeles while he lived in New Jersey with Demi. As far as his family knows, he wasn't with Demi anymore. Oh, and he doesn't have a baby. Kevin and Nick decided to go solo so Nick went on tour with Selena and took a vacation with her. Kevin stayed home with his new wife Danielle. They haven't had a lot of contact and if they did Joe didn't say anything about Demi. Demi is actually on tour right now since last week with her new album Unbroken. Here's how it all went eighteen months ago...

Joe walked in the house sadly. "What's wrong, Joe?" His mother asked.

"Demi's gone." He whispered.

"What do you mean?" She wondered.

"She checked in a treatment center, mom. I'm most likely out of her life now."

"Joe, she wouldn't leave you like that. Demi loves you very much."

"I know, but her mother thinks that I was the reason. Now she wants me to stay away from her." He said as a tear escaped from his eye. His mom looked at his broken hearted son and hugged him. "I love her mom."

"I'm so sorry, Joe. All I can tell you is move on." She said as Joe nodded and walked upstairs.

"Is Joe okay?" Nick asked walking in a day later.

"No." His father said. "He hasn't gotten out of his room since the news came yesterday." After that statement Joe walked out of his room and saw his whole family smile at him.

"Mom?" He asked trying to look for her. She hugged him as he smiled. "Mom, you know how I'm twenty years old?"

His mother looked at him, confused. "Yes, why?"

"Well, I was actually thinking of getting my own house."

She smiled. "Why not? Go ahead, Joe. Where exactly?"

"I wanted to get away from the drama, so I was thinking New Jersey." He said. His mother looked at her husband, unsure. Mr. Jonas nodded.

"Okay, Joe." He approved as Joe smiled and hugged him.

"Thanks, dad."

"Have fun there, Joe. Don't look back." He said as Joe nodded.

Joe breathed in the scent of his new house which was fully furnished. He smiled and laid down on the bed finally letting go of all the problems he has back in Los Angeles. He stood up when he heard a knock on the door. He opened it and his face was immediately lightened. "Demi." He whispered hugging Demi tightly who stood at his doorstep. "What are you doing here?"

"To see my boyfriend." She smiled.

"What? I thought I'm not your boyfriend anymore." Joe said letting Demi step inside his house.

"My mom's stupid and you're stupid for listening to her."

He smiled and kissed her repeatedly. "So I'm still allowed to do that?" He said putting his hands on her waist.

Demi giggled. "Yes." She kissed him once and looked around. "You have a huge house."

"I know." He chuckled. "Hey Dems?"

"Yeah?" She replied, but still looked around.

"Do you wanna move in?" He smiled as Demi laughed.

"That would totally be awesome." She said hugging him as he chuckled. "What?" She said after seeing Joe stare at her.

"You know what would be cool? If no one knew about us." Demi smiled slightly.

"That would be cool." She kissed him again as Joe carried her and trailed them upstairs. She giggled in the kiss as Joe layed down on the bed.

Now all the family knows is that Demi went out of treatment and they remained great friends and stayed in contact.

There was a knock on the door. "Come in!" He yelled. Joe was laying down on the couch with his baby on his stomach as he scrolled through his phone.

"Hey Joe!" Nick walked in not noticing the pink-clothed baby on Joe's stomach. Everyone walked in and looked around the humongous house. Only one person was sane enough to realize the baby.

"Dude, there's a baby on Joe's stomach!" Kevin said slapping Nick's arm. They all looked at him confused now. Joe chuckled slightly.

"Who's is that?" Selena asked walking to him and carried the baby in her arms.

"Mine." Joe said sitting up. Everyone smiled at him and crowded arond the sleeping baby.

"I didn't know that Captain Obvious." Nick said as Joe rolled his eyes. "I mean, who's the mom? Wait is she an accident?"

"She actually is an accident, but no one's gonna tell her that when she grows up."

"Did the mom leave you?" His mother said in a quiet tone.

"No, of course not. Her mom is in the kitchen and she's head over heels for me." He said.

"Shut up, Joe!" Demi yelled in the kitchen.

"The only person in the kitchen is Demi, and dude, she makes the greatest spaghetti." Kevin said walking out of the kitchen, but stopped. "Holy shit." He said realizing what he said. Joe chuckled as Demi walked out and smiled at everyone. Joe stood up and kissed her before hugging her backwards.

"Oh my god!" Selena yelled handing the baby to Nick and ran to Demi hugging her as she giggled. 'You were pregers! How dare you not tell me?"

"I knew you wanted a baby before me so I didn't tell you." The whole family laughed and took turns hugging Demi. They ate lunch and Demi smiled as Joe held her hands under the table.

"I love you." He whispered in her ear.

"I love you, too." She replied and smiled feeling Joe kiss her temple.

Mr. and Mrs. Jonas observed them with smile on their faces knowing that they would last. They know that one day Demi will be part of the Jonas family as Demetria Jonas.
