The Cullen's were in their final year of school– Bridie would've also been with them. Carlisle and Esme wanted her to stay until she 'turned sixteen' to avoid confusion amongst the town, seeing as everyone was nosy and everyone would soon know that Bridie would be considered a 'drop out'.
Alice and Jasper walked over to the lunch table at Forks High School and sat down. "I'm planning a party for graduation." She said happily.
"A party at your place?" Jessica Stanley said nervously. "I've never seen your house."
"No one has Jess." Her friend Angela Weber replied.
"Another party Alice?" Edward asked, looking at the pixie vampire.
"It'll be fun!" Alice replied looking between Bella and Edward.
"Yeah that's what you said last time." Bella butted in. Jasper stiffened, Alice slumped back in her seat and Edward was looking at Alice intensely. Bella knew that Alice was having a vision so she tried her best to distract her human friends and steer them away from staring at Alice.
Bella and Edward stood outside the police station talking.
"I know you know what she saw," Bella said talking about Alice. "Tell me."
"It's nothing, don't worry." Edward replied, his eyes glancing at the two distressed parents sitting in the opposite side of Charlie Swans desk. Bella looked behind her and saw too.
"I wonder what happened." She exhaled.
"Their son Riley Beers went missing a year ago. Their doing everything they can." Edward replied. The parents walked away and Charlie came outside.
"You ready for dinner?" Bella asked and her father nodded.
"It's still just us right?" Edward laughed.
"No I was only dropping Bella off." He said goodbye and got halfway to his car when Edward turned around. "My parents wanted to remind you about the airline tickets you got for your birthday, you might want to use them soon they'll expire."
"What airline tickets?" Charlie asked.
"Esme and Carlisle got me two round trip tickets to see mom in Florida."
"Well that was generous."
"I can't just drop everything and go to Florida." Bella said looking at Edward. He sighed.
"It might be the last time you see her before graduation." Edward replied. Bella was going to be one of them after she graduated from their high school.
"It'll be good to get some separation." Charlie said looking at his daughter. Bella considered it for a moment before nodding her head.
"Okay yeah only if you use the companion ticket." Bella asked ignoring her fathers comment and Edward smiled while nodding .
