Alfred's schedule
Monday-Sunday
Monday- Morning classes and night shift at Katyushas' bar. 7pm-2am
Tuesday- Study hall and midday shift at flower shop. 11am-4pm
Wednesday- Night classes and morning shift at flower shop. 7am-1pm
Thursday- Morning classes and night shift at Katyushas' bar. 7pm-2am
Friday- Afternoon classes and volunteer work at a local food bank. 5pm-8pm
Saturday- Free day. Mostly used for study and catching up on sleep.
Sunday- Free day. Either spent with friends or at home writing in a journal.
Alfred's schedule often changes depending on the month, or events that occur in that month. December and February are the busiest, since he has to prepare for midterms and finals.
In the scene where Alfred was choked by his father- In this key scene, you notice that Alfred's older brother, Matthew, is missing from the picture. For the entirety of -Alfreds' mother- Mrs. Jones breakdown, Matthew was away, at a hockey camp in Michigan. I thought it tied together well with his obliviousness to the entire situation, since he wasn't present to witness any of it. It is a bit far fetched, but fate worked (against??) with Matthew to protect the pedestal their father stood on, for the older at least.
In the scene where Alfred and Ivan part ways in the hall- Though it isn't mentioned in the chapter, my original reason for naming it 'Around the Corner' was because I had an idea to tie Arthur into the main story as well. That idea being that Arthur was what was around the corner. Though I was going to make Arthur a stalker-ish tsundere character, I decided against it since it seemed a bit cliche. In my opinion, he's too sophisticated -I think they all are- to be such a simple side character. I may add him later on if any of you readers would like that, but I need to think of a relation that he can have with Alfred, since all the characters link back to Alfred somehow.
Later chapters- Later chapters will be more-so focused on other characters besides Alfred, such as the chapter that dipped into Francis' backstory. A few coming up -not in any specific order- are Ivan, Ludwig, and a new character yet to be introduced.
DID YOU NOTICE?- In the first chapter a family photo is mentioned, one in which Alfred is greatly disfigured. In part 2 Of 'I'm Not Her' another family photo is mentioned. This picture in part 2 marks the beginning of -Alfreds' father- Mr. Jones abuse, since it is the first time the photo is damaged. In later chapters the evolution of the photos worsening state will be mentioned, so look out for that as well. It's a sort of metaphor for the evolution of Alfred and his relationships with the other characters.
