What if Blue is a therapy dog?
Steve is a mental patient in his house through this new therapy system.
Were everything in his house talks because he is mentally insane.
Blue was designed to keep him in the house so he can take care of him.
Joe is a new patient after Steve dies over a drug over dose or he could have gotten heal.
Joe is a different patient but with more problems than Steve.
Not only he can see Steve's imaginary friends but Joe brings along his own.
Why Steve can somethings leave the house is because of Blue being with him.
We never see Steve or Joe alone through out the series.
(besides them selves of course).
