I leave the stage as Y/N starts doing her part. Changing my sparkly black suit jacket into a regular black one. Taking a deep breath. She founds out today. Depending on her reaction, my life is over today. Y/N soon finishes singing and I walk back onto the stage. The 2 of us bow to the crowd of 8th and 7th graders. And then walk of the stage.
Y/N puts her sweater back on and then we both sit back down in our seats by the stage. The other students that were given this assignment get called up one by one by Mrs. Limon. Every time a student goes up, I get more nervous. My heart starts to beat faster.
And soon my name is called, and I make my way onto the stage.
