XII ~ Interview

So today My Chemical Romance has their first interview while on tour. Oh yeah, did I mention they want me to be apart of it? The people who are doing the interview asked me to join.

Peachy.

And it's live.

I'm screwed.

I've never been on T.V. let alone live T.V. I think they said it had something to do with MTV but I was in too much shock at the fact that they want me to join. Is this because I opened for them or because Brian has some other plan rolled up his sleeve? With Brian, you can never tell. 

The interview is less than a half an hour away and I'm still in the midst of a panic attack. Mikey has been trying to calm me down but it isn't helping all that much. 

"Y/n, you'll be fine. Just pretend like you're just talking to someone without the camera. Hell you should be good at this. You talk to a camera for a living." Mikey said as he played with my hair. 

"Yeah I know but I always have a general idea of what I'm gonna do. And if I fuck up I can edit it out. That's why I almost never live stream." I replied while trying to think of ways to get out of this.

"Just calm down, relax and you'll do just fine." He kissed my head and went to go finish getting ready. I got up as well and searched my bag for my anxiety medication. Finally after tearing it apart, I found the orange bottle. I took two and laid down on my bunk for a bit so they could kick in. Because of my little panic attack I began feeling a bit drowsy. I decided to shut my eyes for a bit until we had to leave.

"Deep breaths and you'll be fine." Mikey reassured me. All five of us were sitting on a large sectional couch as well as our interviewer. He was a man, maybe in his thirties. He had brown hair that was curly and icy blue eyes. Earlier he introduced himself Danny. 

Ray was on the end, Frank next to him, Gee next to Frank, Me next to Gee, Mikey next to me and Danny next to Mikey. He silently counted down from three to one then the red light on the camera.

"Hello everybody and welcome to MTV's interview with My Chemical Romance and y/t/n!" Danny started out cheerfully. "My Chemical Romance is currently on tour but made time to sit down and answer some questions with us. You guys want to introduce yourselves?" 

"Hi I'm Ray Toro" Everyone went down the line and said their names. 

"So my first question actually is for y/n here." My nerves spiked at the fact that he started off with me. Great. And Mikey couldn't comfort me because people don't know about us yet. 

"Fire away." I replied while finding my chill.

"So two days ago you opened for the boys, and word is that you might be regularly opening. Why is that all of a sudden happening?" Frank handed me the mic as well as gave me a confused look. They don't know that Brian is my manager yet, or that I agreed to open for them. Brian was behind the camera out of sight smiling at me. That little-

"Well uh, Gee wasn't feeling well and we didn't want to have to cancel the show. Brian has had his eye on me because he heard me messing around on the guitar, then proceeded to find my videos on my channel of me singing and playing songs I wrote. He convinced me to open for them in order to buy time to get Gee better before the show. And I guess people liked me enough to want me to perform more."  I explained. Frank and the rest of the boys still looked confused.

"Wait, so you're opening for us know?" Gee asked confused.

"Maybe?" I replied, wanting to explain to them later after the interview.
