"So a little change of plans." Frank said on stage. He and Ray walked out by themselves while Mikey stayed back here to calm down my raging nerves. "So Gee is not feeling well right now. Like, he can't go on at the moment." The crowd quieted down a bit to listen to what they had to say.

"Luckily to save the show, we have our incredibly talented friend y/n here. Some of you may also know her as y/t/n." A few loud cheers came from the crowd. Thank god. "She's gonna play some songs of hers that she wrote while we get Gerard back to normal. So please give a warm and loving welcome to y/n l/n!" The crowd cheered as Frank and Ray walked off the stage giving me thumbs up.

"You've got this. Just pretend that it's just me out there." Mikey said while helping me up.

"Alright. Wish me luck." I said while grabbing the bass so I could start off with energy. There was a drummer out there already and Frank was gonna play back up for me thank god. 

"Y/n." Gerard called out to me before I walked out. I turned around to face him.

"Thank you." He said weakly.

"Just don't make me do this again." I joked. With all the courage I had, I walked out onto stage with Frank trailing behind me. I walked up to the mic and faced the crowd. Holy fuck there's a lot of people here. It's okay y/n. Just breathe. Just. Breathe.

"Hey there. My name's y/n and as Frank said some of you may know me from my channel on Youtube y/t/n. I've got a few songs for you guys tonight, so I'm gonna get started with that before my anxiety eats me alive." The crowd laughed at my last remark. Comedy points. Score.

I started strumming cords on the bass, making the song sound slower, until a few seconds later when the drums kicked in. This song was about how crazy life at home is and what it's like to have a broken family. I began singing the words as did some of the crowd. There was a part where when I recorded it at first I layered my voice so I would just do the normal part. The part came along and Frank sang the layered part. I looked behind me at him in confusion and he smiled. That dirty bastard listened to my songs!

The first song came to an end and everyone was cheering. I can't believe these people actually like my shit. I looked to my left at Mikey who had his jaw dropped. I winked at him and continued.

"I can't believe you guys actually liked that. Ya'll must have low standards." I joked causing the giant crowd of people in front of me to laugh. This is easier than I thought.

I got started on my next song which was a bit slower but could still keep the party mood up. Once again people were singing along. I guess a lot of my fans like My Chemical Romance since they're here. 

The atmosphere kept getting more and more hyped with every song. I had people jumping up and down and cheering after every song. Frank was surprisingly killing it as well judging that he had to learn these songs so quickly. He still had a screen in front of him telling him what notes to play but it was still impressive. 

I was about to play my last song when Frank walked up to where I was standing with good news.

"Gee is better. They think he'll be fine to go on after this song." Frank said with excitement.

"That's awesome. This was the last song I had anyway so the timing couldn't have been better." I said with relief.

"Alright guys, I've got one last song for you before we get the real stars up here." I yelled into the mic. 

I played my last song with as much energy as possible. I sang out every long note and played as hard as I could. I could really feel the vibe increase with this last one.

"Thank you guys so much! I hope you have a good rest of your night!" I said as I played the last cord. The crowed cheered louder than they have all night and I really felt touched. I just feel bad that Frank has to play again after this.

Frank and I walked off the stage together. I was not even two feet off the stage when Mikey ran up to me and wrapped me up tighter than ever before.

"That is the greatest thing I have ever heard." Mikey said in pure excitement. 

"I now know why you're always so hot and sweaty after shows." I said still out of breath. Mikey laughed and let go.

"That was incredible. I had no clue you could do that." Gerard said as he pulled me into a hug as well.

"Thanks Gee. That was so much fun." 

"I'm sorry about earlier." He said shamefully.

"You don't have time to be sorry. You've gotta go on stage and perform your hardest to make up for it though." I said while ruffling his hair.

"I promise I will. My energy is pure energy drink at the moment so don't you worry." Gee laughed.

"It better be. Hey, where's Frank? I feel bad cause he has to play again." I said while putting my guitar back in the case.

"Oh I'm fine." Frank said while joining us. "I just drank two Monsters so I'm good." 

"Good. Cause you're on." Brian said while pushing them onto the stage.

The boys went onto stage as the crowd began to cheer. Brian walked over to me with a smug look on his face.

"Fun, right?" He asked with a smile.

I rolled my eyes, "Yes it was, I'll give you that."

"You know, they really love you. Imagine how many more people we would draw in with you opening. You'd gain fame from it as well. Maybe even get singed somewhere."

"You aren't gonna quit at it are you?" I laughed.

"Y/n, you're incredibly talented. Let me manage you." Brian insisted.

"You want to manage me?" I said in shock.

"Yes, I do." 

I sat there for a second, thinking of what to say next.

"Okay fine, I'll let you manage me. I hate paperwork though so that's all on you." Brian's eyes lit up as he did a little happy dance.

"When we get back to the bus I'll make a few calls then have you sign some papers. So does this mean you'll open for them?"

I took a deep breath, 

"Yes."
