Cyan's Day out

Cyan's POV
Cyan has trouble sleeping.
She couldn't stop thinking about what happened yesterday.
How Conner blushed at her.
'Argh...No Cyan.. stop thinking about him...' Cyan but her lip. After changing into her Octo Layered LS, Cyan went to go check in Conner's room. "Still sleeping.." Cyan murmured.
She grabbed a piece of paper and wrote: Out to get some stuff, taking 1500 coins :) -Cyan.
She walked out of the house and heading off to Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe.
When she got there she waved to Jelfanzo before picking out a shirt.
"Emperry Jersey will be 500 coin" Jelfanzo said.
Cyan nodded and handed him the money.
'Let's see what Ammo Knights is all about'
Cyan thought walking toward the end of the Galleria.
"Hello, Hello! What kind of- An octoling!" Sheldon gasped.
"Um.. Can I buy something..?" Cyan said quietly.
Sheldon nodded reluctantly before finishing his sentence.
"What kind of weapon are you in the market for?"
"Can you tell me about them?" Cyan asked.
Sheldon began his long ramble about all the the weapons and the sub weapons, and the special weapons, What there good for.. etc.
Being that Octoling like machinery and whatnot, Cyan listened with great interest.
"Well.. The Carbon Roller Deco is good... so that I guess" Cyan smiled at Sheldon.
"700 coins, please!"
Cyan nodded and gave him the money.
'Ok.. I can buy shoes and a hat..'
When Cyan walked into Headspace Flow looked a little surprised put kept her cool.
Craymond, on the other hand said,
"What's that Octoling doin' here. Kick em out!"
Cyan looked at the floor.
"Don't mind my friend there... it does that to everyone" Flow said calmly.
"Can...I um.. have a hat..?" Cyan murmured, still looking at the ground.
"Sure, friend" Flow smiled.
Cyan looked around for a bit before choosing the Classic Border and the FishFry Bandana.
"The total would be 200 coins"
Cyan nodded and payed up.
Before leaving Craymond said, "Now get and don't come back"
Cyan ignored him and walked into Shella Fresh.
"Hey, welcome to Shella Fresh" Bisk said calmly, not mentioning the fact that she was an Octoling. Cyan has enough money to buy one pair of shoe's so she chose the Punk Blacks.
"100 coins" Bisk said.
Cyan handed him the rest of her money.
She walked out into the square and looked around.
She wandered into Deca Tower. "Would you like to sign up for a turf war?" Judd asked.
Cyan remembered the turf war with the NLIS Statue and quickly said. "Yea.. I'm a pro!"
"Name?" Judd asked.
"Cyan"
"Weapon?"
"Carbon Roller Deco"
"Ok, step inside"
Cyan walked inside and wait for a couple of other people to show up.
Some squids glanced at her in confusion, others minding their own business.
When they arrived at the stage, MakoMart, Cyan smiled.
Ready...GO!
The 3 minutes started ticking down.
Cyan was looking around the stage.
'Where are the bombs...?' Cyan asked herself. She saw her teammates inking the ground so that's what she started to do.
'Ok... I remember how to use the Carbon Roller.. I've use it in one of the tests' Cyan began to quickly cover the ground in yellow ink, coving up any blue ink in her way.
Soon enough she heard one of her teammates yell Booyah.
"Booyah!" Cyan yelled back.
When her special Gauge filled up she stared throwing autobombs everywhere.
Splatted Jon
Splatted Rose
"Good job!" One of her teammates said.
"Thanks!" Cyan smiled at them.
1 minute left
Cyan started to ink more turf, but quicker now.
'Ok...just need to keep inking the floor and I'll be good... but this is way different than the other turf war I did...' Cyan thought.
30 seconds
"Come on guys!" One of the teammates said.
5...4...3...2...1
GAME!
Lil Judd and Judd began counting up the results.
"Yellow team wins, 89.91 to 21.83"

"Yes!" Yellow team cheered, doing there victory poses.
"Hey octoling!"
Cyan turned around to see that one of her teammates calling to her.
"Your not to bad for an Octoling... want to join our team?" He asked.
Cyan smiled and nodded.
"But where are my manners, I'm Tyler. The squid with the yellow eyes is Gold and the boy with the blue eyes is Shadow" Tyler smiled at Cyan.
"I'm Cyan... it was fun meeting you guys, but I have to go.. meet up tomorrow?"
"Sure!" Tyler shot Cyan one last glance before walking off.
'I can't wait to tell Conner I found a turf was team!' Cyan thought happily, walking home.

Conner's POV
"Ok... I got Cyan a Squidphone but got it custom made to look like an Octo... I hope she likes it" Conner mumbled to himself while wrapping the gift.
He had saw the note and took it has the perfect opportunity to buy her the phone.
"Conner!" Cyan walked through the door.
"Oh.. h-hey Cyan. I got you something" he said, handing her the gift.
"Conner... you didn't have to do this.."
"Just take it" Conner blushed.
She took the gift and opened it.
"It's a squidphone...but I got it made to look like an octo... now we can call and text each over and stuff like that"
"Conner..."
'Please say you like it...' Conner thought, fingers crossed.
"I love it! Thank you so much!"
Cyan ran in and gave Conner a hug, knocking him to the ground.
"Argh...Cyan..." He struggled under the weight of her.
Cyan quickly got off him, her face red in embarrassment.

"Oh...um...sorry" Cyan looked to the floor.
"I-It's ok..."
"But anyway... I joined a turf war team!" Cyan exclaimed.
"You did?" Conner asked.
"Yeah! There members are really nice!" Cyan smiled.
"Cool! Maybe my team and your team could have a battle sometime soon!" Conner smiled.
He was a little disappointed that Cyan couldn't be on his team but shook it off.
"Anyway... I've already put my number on you phone...so call me anytime, Got it?"
Cyan nodded happily.
"And also, you owe me 1500 coins!"
Cyan laughed. "Ok...sure" Cyan handed him the money she earned in the turf war.
"Also...what weapon did you use?" Conner asked.
"Oh...the Carbon Roller"
"Cool..."
Cyan sat down on the couch. "Hey... can I ask you something?"
"Shoot" Conner said, sitting beside her and turning on the TV.
"What did you do underground...?" Cyan asked.
"What do you mean?"
"Like... on the Deep Sea Metro..."
"Oh...well I found the CQ-80 and meet the weird telephone... I started doing tests and stuff like you did... but I didn't get anything... The only reason I did them was because I hoped I would find Cap'n along the way. But after a couple of months I started to lose hope. Then I got the distress signal and knocked down the telephone. I then I got knocked out..." Conner finished.
"What about the...mind telephone highjack thing...?"
"Um.. well when I woke up the telephone was still alive...and then I saw a green thing...and I blacked out." Conner muttered looking at the floor.
"Oh...well I'm sorry for asking.." Cyan apologized.
"It's ok" Conner smiled.
"So... pizza for dinner?" Cyan suggested.
"Sure... your paying!" Conner smirked.
"Hey no fair! I'm outta coins!" Cyan cried.
"Ok! Fine! Calm down!" Conner laughed.
"Hmph" Cyan pouted.
"You know your cute like that" Conner said.
'No! What did I just say!!' Conner thought.
"Uh...T-Thank you.." Cyan blushed.
"Let's just order the the pizza" Conner murmured, picking up his phone.
'Conner...Conner' Cyan thought, smiling to herself.
