Nico di Angelo is amazing. Not because he's gay. Not because he has black sword. Not because he can summon the dead. But because he's a reflection of what many people have gone through in their lives. The loss of a loved one does terrible things to you. You feel terrible. You may even become 'that' guy/girl. The outcast. The weirdo. But like Nico, you're strong and can stand up for yourself. Be like Nico whenever you feel sad or upset. Then you too can be a hero.
