Chapter 16: Compell the truth

I made it over to the school library.
"Ok now what the hell is this?" I sighed. "Guys we should go"
"We can't, until we tell about the cure" stefan explained.
"And i thought damon was much of a dick to pull this off" i laughed.
"Oh really well time for some home truths" rebekah smiled. "So elena, you really like damon don't you which is why you ended things with stefan but do you love him and yet love stefan?"
"I still care about stefan but yeah i love damon" she nods.
Stefan sighed and looked as if he wanted to get out of here.
"And this is proving?" I snapped.
"Your own sister likes you boyfriend" rebekah smiled.
"I knew that" i fake yawned. "Old news"
"But do you know they slept together hm?" She asked.
Stefan looks down.
"What?" I questioned.
"Didn't you elena?" Rebekah asks and she can't look at any of us.
"Rebekah stop!" Caroline blurts out.
"No looks like i will compell it out" she sighed. "Listen to me did you sleep with damon".
"Yes i did" she said.
"Elena.. you.. how could you, the least you could do is tell me instead of cheating" i rolled my eyes. "Especially with damon".
"I am sorry but i love him ser" she tells me.
"What about stefan was that all really then?" I hissed.
"Of course and i love him but i have feelings for damon." She shrugs.
"This is interesting" rebekah laughs.
"Can i get out of here" i asked. "I need to speak to damon".
"Oh do what you like i mean not your drama" she shrugged.
"Oh and i am sorry stefan that you had my sister probably lie to you about trying to make this work".
I walked out and didnt look back.

I made my way back to the salvatore house. I sighed as i walked inside.
"Ah serena, you seen everyone?" He asked.
"At the school" i said shortly.
"Right thanks, but what's up with you?" He asked.
"The fact i finally realised why stefan has been so glum recently" i tell him. "It's you and elena and yet you didn't even bother to tell me anything, i love you but if you think it's ok to cheat with my sister you got another thing coming."
"What you trying to say?" He gasped.
"You slept with my sister!" I cried. "And i am out of here"
"Serena" he called.
"I don't need to speak to you" i called back and shut the door as i headed to the grill.
"Hey serena" matt smiled.
"Hi matt" i replied. "What's up?"
"Oh you know just missing all the fun while at work so what can i get you?" He asked.
"Wisky" i smiled at him.
"Sure of course" he nods and gets me a small glass and pours some in.
"Couldn't you done this at the salvatore house?" He asked.
"Oh and wait to see my ex kissing my sister of course" i rolled my eyes.
"Whoa what damon and elena?" He gasped.
"New to you too?"
"Yeah i thought she was more good guy type like with me and stefan.."
"Doesn't seem like it" i shook my head.

Stefan P.O.V
"You seen serena?" I asked damon. "She stormed out the school after finding out your dirty little truths."
"So this is how she knows, i did see her she was all angry and finished with me" damon said.
"So she was here?" Elena asked.
"Yeah now she is gone" he nodded.
"I am going to looks for her" elena said.
"No i will go" i sighed. "You said enough and i think she probably be drinking".

I look around town in the car then i see her in the grill. Parking the car i get out the car after and walk inside.
"Serena" i said.
"Hey stefan" she gave me a small smile.
"I thought i would look for you". I tell her.
"Thanks i mean your a good friend" i said.
"I am no good guy" he tells me.
"Oh come on everyone has a bad side even me" i add.
"I suppose, also i get how you feel about damon and elena"
"I know i just haven't really seen it like this" i sighed. "The time when we were nearly going to die i kinda thought... it ended there and it was love just for you"
"It's amazing how fast a lot changes" he nods.
"I can agree but i thought me and damon where back on, i guess after we both left there feelings changed"
"Well i actually knew how close we were me and elena, i just hope this cure puts everything right."
"Me too, i know you don't like how i am you know around damon"
"It's not that, what you drink is problem."
"Human blood actually keeps me strong i suppose but i want everything to be ok just as much as you do"
"Well it's one way for it" stefan stood up."Stand up"
"Ok?" I said confused.
"Me and rebekah are a separate team and we will get to the cure more quicker" he explains.
"Meaning?" I question.
"If you join us you will manage to save elena before it's too late." He smiled. "And have damon all to yourself after all we found out she is sired to him"
"No way" i gasped. "So.. she is doing everything he asks?"
"Exactly that" he nods.
"As much as i hate rebekah i am in" i nodded. "You have a deal mr salvatore"
"Great, another bottle of wisky?" He said.
"Exactly that" i smiled. And with out a thought i kissed him. I kissed stefan.
