Over the course of your immortal life, Aro has sent many requests to you to join his guard in Volterra. With your exceptionally rare gifts he knows you would make an excellent weapon among his small, but fierce army of other equally useful vampires.
But, to his great disappointment, you keep refusing him. Every letter he sends, every necklace or stunning piece of jewellery, is gone to waste as you always send it back with a note denying his request.
When you finally come face to face with the Volturi king on the snowy battlefield while defending the Cullen clan and their hybrid child, Aro once again asks you to join them.
However, you firmly decline his offer and tell him you will never accept it.
