Chapter Ten: Pea
Hailey's POV

It had been a total of two weeks since the builder did the fireplace, and those two weeks I have been dying to light and sit by it. But instead I felt as if I have been on fire, just so hot, I have been tired more, but I haven't had any more morning sickness just yet, only the slight feel of nausea but not actually being sick. However, I guess you could call it morning sickness though.

Since I couldn't fall asleep, even though it was 4am, I sat up and picked up my old laptop off of the floor, wanting to do some researching.

I begin searching about pregnancy, looking at six weeks pregnant, since I am now on my sixth week. Looking at the first website it comes up with, tells me that my little baby is the size of a pea. Knowing how small he or she is, brought a tear to my brown eyes. Even though it isn't massive, it just shows how much he or she has grown so far, from something that you couldn't even see to begin with, to now something that you can with the naked eye.

"Hailey?" A raspy Dylan speaks up making me look down at his half asleep state. "Are you okay?" He asks me softly.

"I'm fine; I was just looking at something." I smile, wiping the tears that had fallen. Dylan sits up and looks at my laptop.

"Oh Hailey" He whispers, but his voice showing that he was happy.

"He or she is the size of a pea Dylan. A pea" I say, tears developing in the corners of my eyes again.

Dylan wraps his arms around my body, letting me relax and also just to be held. I needed it, even though I didn't know. Sighing I finally let sleep take over my body, letting Dylan hold me as I sleep.

Morning soon arrived, today being anther Monday, as I look around I notice that Dylan was still holding on to me, smiling to myself I do the unthinkable and kiss his forehead before getting up and going for a shower. My laptop had been put on Dylan's nightstand since I had fallen asleep with it on my lap.

After showering and getting dressed in a white cropped top with short dungarees, since I have been getting warm, I want to be able to be cooler then it feels as if I am in meters of the blazing sun. For my feet I slip on my white vans, wanting my feet to be comfortable since today I was meeting my mum for brunch. Skipping back into the bedroom, I notice that Dylan was now up and was getting changed. Him being only in his black, tight boxers. "Dylan!" I shriek, covering my eyes.

I hear him chuckle before he spoke, making me look back at him, "You will have to see me like this eventually you know" He states, making me go red, which made him chuckle again.

Sitting down at my makeup table, I begin applying it to my face, wanting to have at least some colour on my face when meeting my mum, so that she won't worry that I am not getting enough sleep as I am exhausted all the time. "You got anything planned today?" Dylan asks, and I look through the mirror at him, noticing he now had some jeans on, but he was still shirtless. Yes I have seen him like it before but for some reason he looked better today. Just something about him made me wants to kiss those lips and do things I have only done with Theo.

Just as I finish adding my primer, I turn around to face him. "I am going for brunch with my mom, then apparently my mom, dad and sister is coming here for dinner later." I say thinking about what my mum said. "So could you possibly tidy up and wash the pots please. And if you can put the blacks in to the washing machine, please." I say turning back around to now apply foundation to my face.

"I will do, now I am going to have breakfast, so I will see you later." Nodding, he leaves the room and I finish up doing my makeup before grabbing my purse and phone then walking down the stairs. "What time will you be back?" He shouts to me from the kitchen.
