Xavier Woods (Request)

"Hey Destiny," my best friend, Xavier greeted. "Sup," I replied. "What're you doing later?" He asked. "Well, I'm going to meet Roman and then we're going for a meal with a friend of mine from college, then I'm probably gonna watch some movies on Netflix," I replied. "Sounds fun. I was gonna ask if you wanted to go out with me.... but I guess you're busy," He kept his smile but I could tell he was hurt. "Well we can go out later, but not for a meal. I mean hanging with you is better than boredom," I laughed. "I'm better than most things," He arched his back in pride at his words. "Believe what you want, Woods," My phone went off. "I gotta go meet Roman. I'll text you later, maybe we can play some video games?" I said to him. "Yeah sure. See ya destiny,"

3 days later.

"Thanks for the meal, Xavier. I didn't know you could cook so well," I praised. "There's a lot of things you don't know about me, Reigns," He became prideful again. "I'll help you with washing up, if you want," I offered. "No, Destiny. This is my treat for you. You just enjoy yourself, let me do the work," He smiled over at me genuinely. "Oh-uh thanks, I guess," I smiled back at him. "Has anyone ever told you that you have a beautiful smile?" He flirted and I blushed. "And that you look adorable when you blush," He walked over to me and moved my hair and looked me in the eyes. "And that you're the most amazing person I've ever met," His face was so close to mine that our noses brushed against each other. I looked down at his lips and began leaning in.

Our lips collided and he placed his hand on the back of my head. I couldn't think straight. We pulled away for air. "That was.." He began, but like me couldn't process the right word. "I'm just gonna skip straight to the point. I asked you here tonight for a date because I'm in love with you, Destiny. Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. "I-I love you too, Woods. I'd love to be your girlfriend," I grinned excitedly. "But what about Roman? He'll rip your head off if he finds out," I protested. "Well we won't let him find out," He answered. "At least until the right time. We'll keep it to ourselves for now, you're okay with that, right?" He questioned. "Yeah... sure," I agreed, straightening out my shirt.

3 weeks later....

"Aw.... you two should date," Big E said as me and Xavier were play wrestling and ended up hugging. I went red and looked up at Xavier. "Well... I... like someone else," Despite knowing he was lying, I still felt jealous. "Sure about that Woods?" Big E laughed. "Don't lie to me," E bribed. "FINE! Me and Destiny are dating! Happy?" Xavier admitted. Big E ran out into the hallway. "EVERYONE! XAVIER WOODS IS DATING DESTINY REIGNS!" He yelled. Someone  walked past. "What?" They questioned. "It's a lie. He's only joking," I lied to him.

I felt so bad lying. "Okay then. You better not be lying, Des, Roman will kill you! I shook my head and smiled at him and he walked past. "Was I not supposed to tell him?" Big E asked. "Why do you think we've been keeping it secret?" Xavier said, sounding pissed. "Oops. Sorry," Big E apologised. "It's okay. He trusts me," I said, trying to make it seem fine. "Okay! So I will not tell a soul!" Big E declared before walking away.

Xavier pressed his lips to mine. "I don't understand why we have to keep it secret. I don't care what your brother thinks, or what anyone else thinks. You're mine and I want the world to know it," he declared. "I do care, Xavier. And I'm scared of what he'll do if he finds out that we've been lying to him," I explained. "He'll get over it. He loves you, you're his sister after all,"  Xavier reasoned. "I'm sorry. Until the right moment... I want it to be hidden," I said before letting out a sigh. "For you. Okay," he gave in. "Now, me and Kingston have a match with Jey and Jimmy Uso so if you wanna come support us with E then feel free," Xavier offered, disappointment clear in his tone. I knew where he was coming from but he had to understand why I wanted it secret.
