- shower 1-2 times a day and moisturise, exfoliate and use face masks to keep your skin clear & healthyFOCUS ON YOURSELF
- keep a journal, try to get lots of sleep and don't go on your phone as much. talk to your friends & familyik i've done a tips on glowing up something like this but i said i will probaly do a bunch of these along w workouts! ly all! 💕🥝
