- cut off toxic people 💛
make sure the people in your life make you happy and aren't toxic to you. toxic people can make such a negative impact in your life. i literally cannot stress this enough!!

- make your body happy 💛
if your body isn't happy, you won't be either! eating healthy and exercising (ik it's cliché) but it really does make a difference :))

- make a gratitude list 💛
write one thing you're grateful for every day :)) it makes such a difference because it makes you realise your privileges  <3

- be a nice person 💛
being a nice person, even just holding the door open for someone or complimenting someone is so important to your growth!! making someone feel better will make you feel better too! :))
