• eat lots of fruit and drink enough water
• workout 4 times a week
• take care of your skin. cleanse, tone, moisturise, exfoliate & use face masks.
• oil your scalp 2-3 times a week. use coconut oil, castor oil and olive oil.
• shower daily and apply deoderant
• apply coconut oil and castor oil to your eyelashes and eyebrows every night to make them thicker.
• apply coconut oil and almond oil on your nails every night.
• drink a glass of lemom water every morning
• focus on yourself & your mental health
• keep a journal and list everythinf you're grateful for & the things you love about yourself
• try making some new friends and go out of your comfort zone
• always get enough sleep
