Sean POV
I feel like something bads gonna happen...
Nahhhhhh!
I'll just go back to sleep.
Kaycee POV
"What do you mean let go of Sean?!!!!"
"What I mean is don't feel like you need him to dance" Tahani explained
"I think for whatever reason you got linked with Sean with the static thing, and now Sean is okay dancing without your assistance but you still subconsciously rely on Sean" Josh said
"You literally texted him right after you had the assumption you couldn't dance" Julian pointed out
"But I..."
"We're not saying break up with him but just accept Sean is no longer the reason you can dance" Tahani said
I literally said I can't do this without you Sean.
Now I have to do this without you...
"What should I do then?"
"Dance" Julian said
"But I can't-
"Yes you can! We've seen you dance you're incredible you don't need some boy to do that" Tahani said
"Yeah just do what you usually do" Josh said as he started to play music from the speakers
I close my eyes take a few breaths and start moving I try to do the steps but I just feel off...
"Kaycee dancing is about confidence if you don't believe you can do it then you won't" Julian said
"I'm not lacking in confidence!"
"Show me! Do the whole routine without messing up" Josh said "Unless you don't think you're good enough?"
"Fine I'll do it!"
"So how did I do?" I asked as I turned around to find Tahani, Julian, and Josh crying "Being overdramatic much?"
"You can really dance Kayc" Tahani commented as I just gave her a small hug
"So seems you had nothing to worry about" Julian said
"Yeah, I'll text Sean that's it was a false alarm... when he wakes up" I said as he should be sleeping
"Yeah see it all works out in the end" Josh said
"So... Class?"
"Why not?" Tahani said
A few days later
Sean was finally coming over!
He got back the other day but he spent the day he came back with family so I didn't get to see him...
But I get him all day today!
We decided to meet for froyo.
And I gave him the biggest hug I could muster!
Just another problem... Well kind of a problem...
There's still static...
"Okay did you feel that?" I asked him
"Yeah I thought we were done with this" Sean said as even though now we can dance without each other now we still get the tingling feeling whenever we come in contact with each other
"Maybe we didn't fully learn about this..." I said
"Oh well as long as I got my girl I'm fine" Sean said as snuggled up to each other in our booth
"Yeah nothing can break us apart"
"Hi Sean!" An annoying voice said
Dang it!
Even though before this static thing me and Sean weren't really close.
But even I knew that Autumn Miller liked Sean.
They were dance partners when they were younger then Autumn started to focus more on contemporary and Sean with hip hop so they stop being partners but still friends.
"It's been too long!" Autumn said as she hugged Sean tightly which Sean returned
"Yeah how have you been?!" Sean said
"Great! I auditioned for IMMABreathe so I guess you can say IMMAbeast like you and Kaycee here" Autumn said
"Hi Autumn"
"Hey Kaycee!" She said as bubbly as ever
Autumn wasn't mean by any means but I can already sense her intentions.
Autumn from what I know has been training in hip hop again.
And recently Sean has been training in contemporary again...
"So Sean I need a dance partner so what do you say? Pick up where we left off!" Autumn asked him
"Um I kinda made Kaycee my partner" Sean said
You tell her!
"Aw come on! We have way more history" Autumn said
History smithery!
"True" Sean said
Sean!!!
"So come on think about it I'm taller, have more technique and just as flexible as Kaycee here, we can be great partners!" Autumn said
"Autumn I made a commitment to be Kaycee's partner and girlfriend I know we have some history but me and Kaycee have something special I can't do this without her, she's my heart homie"
I'm his heart homie?
Why do I find that really sweet?
Maybe I'm too easy...
"Alright fine, but who am I going to find good enough at hip hop to help me out now?" Autumn asked
"Do you know a Gabriel Deguzman?" I said mentioning Gabe "He's been looking for a partner, ask him"
"Um ok thanks Kaycee" she said
"Yeah slide in his DM's" Sean joked as Autumn just gave him a thumbs up
Sean's phone then vibrated.
