Kaycee POV
"No! Why are you so silly!?" I said while laughing at the story Sean was telling me of him in his younger days
"I don't know it felt right at the time, besides I was 14 I'm way more mature now!" Sean said as I can see his straight face wavering making me laugh as he then laughed as well "Okay maybe not way more"
"No definitely not way more!"
Josh and Tahani walked over to us
"Guys it's about time we leave" Josh said as we quickly looked at the time and he was right
"Yeah so Imma head to the restroom real quick and we can leave" Tahani said
"Yeah we'll just take my car, no need to uber" Sean said
"Alright sounds good" Tahani said as she heads to the bathroom
The moment Tahani is away from us "Guys why have I never noticed how pretty she is" Josh said about Tahani as I immediately laughed as Sean had a shocked look on his face "I mean damn! What was wrong with me these past few years?"
"I think I won the bet" I quietly said to Sean who rolled his eyes at me
"Dude you're not like head over heels for her are you?" Sean asked him
"I don't know what that means but if it means I have a crush on her then yes" Josh said as I can see the disappointment in Sean's eyes as his best friend unknowingly let him down "Oh and don't tell her I said this yet"
"No worries, I'm way too interested to watch this play out!" I said
"Alright I'm back let's go!" Tahani said returning
"Josh start the car as me and Kaycee throw away our trash" Sean said passing the keys to Josh who went on ahead to the car
"So how was talking with Josh?" I asked as it only seemed fair since Josh admitted it on his own without Sean or I asking
"Amazing! Sean does he have a girlfriend? Because I need to know!" Tahani said
"No he doesn't" Sean said giving me a smirk as he was also right in our bet
"Yes!" Tahani cheered as I had trouble believing Tahani was this excited over a guy she never talked about before
"So I think we owe each other hoodies" Sean said
"I guess, we can call it a tie Shamu" I said using our new nicknames
"Whatever Ricebowl I get a free weirdo hoodie!" Sean said
"What are you guys talking about?" Tahani asked
"Nothing important"
Sean POV
We made it to Willdabeast's class at Millennium and I see some familiar faces such as Jay and Nat
"We'll be up front" Josh said as he and Tahani joined up with the other people our age
"So you ready?" I asked as this was the time to try the static thing
"Yeah let me start the timer" Kaycee said as she got her phone timer set to 2 hours "Alright hug me Sean Lew!"
We hugged and I felt the static again it flowed through more of my torso and arms
And why is Kaycee so small and soft... I wanted it to last forever she felt so comfortable but unfortunately
"That was a good five seconds" Kaycee said separating from me with her head down and starting the timer as class just started "Good luck!"
And she didn't even care...
Kaycee POV

I kept saying in my head as I hid my face from him
"Good luck!" I said hurrying away so he wouldn't see my face
Why am I feeling this way I've hugged boys before...
"Kaycee what was that about?" Tahani asked me
"N-nothing just a... good luck in class hug" I said
"...okay, if you have a crush you know you can tell me right?" Tahani said
Crush?
"No no no it's just a hug, see I'll give you one as well!" I said giving her a hug as she just looked at me strangely
"You're so weird Kaycee" Tahani said as people were now staring at me hugging her with her not hugging back
"I know!"
1 hour later
Sean POV
Class was actually fun, the static thing worked as class just came so much easier now
"Alright let's have Kesh, Tahani and... Kaycee! Surprise me girls" Willdabeast said calling out groups to film
And they were right Kaycee is amazing! Obviously Tahani and KeshKesh did good as well but my eyes didn't leave Kaycee
That might be for another reason though...
A few more groups went such as Nat having her solo, BigWill in his trio
I was just waiting to see if I can dance as he hasn't called Josh yet and I know he will be up so I'm trying to see if it still worked for me like it did for Kaycee
"Alright Jay Imma have you go again with Josh Price and... Sean Lew in the middle" Willdabeast said
The dance started and I didn't black out this time I saw and felt everything I was doing, from Nat cheering to Josh stopping and letting me have the spotlight, everything, even Kaycee staring at me... it felt good
"Amazing! Alright China close us out" Willdabeast said as China Taylor did her solo
That was a good hour and a half and I still danced great when is this time limit?
Class ended and we met up once again
"That was amazing Kaycee! you too Tahani" I said
"Thanks I lowkey messed up because I was just shocked to see Kaycee killing it so hard" Tahani said "Now you Sean Lew are incredible like what were those choices and that freestyle!"
"I know! He went in that zone again" Josh said
"Are we still going to your place for dinner I'm starving?" Kaycee asked me
"Yeah let's go!"
