Timothy's P.O.V.
Have you ever judged someone so badly, that once you saw the real them.
You wanted to hug them until they knew you'd never judge them again.
That's how I feel now about Samantha Bolton.
Here I am sitting in my room on a wednesday night thinking about her. When I should be thinking of school.
I mean she was so pale and fragile. When all my life, I thought she was this strong and blunt totally alternate person.
I'm really worried about her. I mean she was pretty wasted. Should I call her?
I put my number in her phone when she fell asleep. I thought she might want to call or you know say thank you. But god! I'm worried!
I picked up the phone and called her.
It rang a few times and someone picked up. "Hello?", asked a groggy voice on the other line.
"Samantha?", I said hoping I got the right number.
"Oh it's you! Wait... How did you get my number?", Samantha asked sounding a little high pitched.
"Well I put my number in your phone while you were asleep.", I said hoping I didn't sound creepy.
"Good! I wanted to thank you for helping me. Your a true friend...", she said sweeter than normal.
To tell you the truth, it surprised me. She was actually glad I put my number in her phone!?
"So what did you call for?", she asked without being rude.
I smiled to myself , "Well about hanging out... I thought we could meet up somewhere?"
Silence on the other end, almost made me regret saying anything.
"I would be happy to.", she said kind of strained. "Okay how does the coffee shop, Big Bang. Sound?", I asked.
Maybe it was too public? Maybe I'm pushing her. Maybe she just really doesn't want to be my friend. "Okay.", she said with a laugh. "After school?"
I dropped my phone. It bounced off the white carpet. I clumsily picked it up banging my toe on the corner of my bed. God Help Me.
Cooly I replied while trying to rub away the pain, "Sure that's fine."
"Okay Tomorrow. Big Bang. After school.", she giggled.
"Okay bye.", I said nicely, holding back the roar of the titans during war.
Once we both hung up. I fell onto my bed letting the pain out in a series of grunts, screams, and a little whimpering.
(The Next Day)
Sitting against the concrete wall waiting for Samantha. I couldn't stop looking down at my watch.
All of a sudden, David burst the doors. His eyes wild looking for an escape. But from what?...
"David!", I questioned. "Shut up!", He said holding his hands out in shushing motions over my mouth.
"Dude! Please say you took your meds...", I said amused by his jumpiness.
"Not Funny! Jessica's going to have my head on a platter!", He said jumping from one foot to the, looking around him.
He looked like a little kid that seriously had to pee.
I gave him a serious side look. "What did you do to her?", I asked stareing at him as if an ashamed parent.
