Leo: This dude would love it but wouldn't show it as much as Mikey for example. He'd smile knowing that you loved him so much to even wear his color.
Raph: Raph would be speechless. Not only would he check out your body (and not even hiding it) but would also proudly show you off.
Donnie: He would blush SO MUCH. He didn't even know if it was because of the bikini itself or the fact that he actually saw you in a bikini. Either way he loved it.
Mikey: He'd literally gasp and get excited. He might even let out a small comment about the color and how amazing you look.
