Chapter 20

1 Week Later:

Naruto was standing over the sleeping figures of Mito and Natsuki. It was early in the morning as the sun was starting to creep over the horizon. He snapped his fingers as a magic circle opened up above them and showered them with water

"AH!"

"WHAT THE HELL?" shouted the girls

"Good to see that you two are awake, now get outside and start training," Naruto said

"But it's not even the crack of dawn," said Natsuki as Naruto pointed to the sun as it was rising

"It's first light, now get out there and start doing 300 push-ups, 300 sit-ups, 300 crunches," said Naruto as both girls lowered their heads as they walked out the door. They knew they couldn't argue with him and it was too early to deal with it.

3 Hours Later:

Mito and Natsuki where dragging Mira and Yushi on wheels around the village

"Come on, just a few more miles and you can have breakfast," Naruto shouted as he was running with

"C-come on sensei, a-are you sure this i-is the best way t-to train us?" asked Mito through her breath

"Yes I'm sure, now pick up the pace and you'll be able to eat," said Naruto as he kicked it into gear and shot out in front of them. Naruto the appeared in front of the estate to see Elfman fighting Natsu and Gajeel while Lisanna played with Wendy. Naruto approached them and coughed "I see that you all are having fun," he said as Elfman blocked two kicks from Natsu and Gajeel and they bounced back. The boys then turned around to see Naruto standing there and they charged after him. But before they could get there, Wendy latched onto him and hugged him

"Tou-chan, you're back," she said as Natsu and Gajeel where next to pounce on him

"Where did you go, dad?" asked Natsu as Mito and Natsuki showed up with Mira and Yushi

"I was out training them, but don't worry, you'll get your share," he said as the boys shivered

"Hey sis, how was the ride?" asked Elfman as Mira stepped off the wooden wheel

"It was fine, but I don't see how sitting on a wheel while reading will help my training," said Mira

"Yeah I don't get it either, but I don't argue with Naruto-sensei," said Yushi as she stepped off her wheel and stretched

"The point of reading is so you know what to do when it happens. You may not be able to use chakra, but you should learn how it works in order to understand how to use your magic, same goes for you Yushi, you can use chakra so it would be best you learn how to use it to its full potential," said Naruto as both girls bowed

"HAI SENSEI!" they shouted as Naruto just sweatdropped at their antics

"Stop being so obedient, now get inside and get something to eat, that goes for you all as well," said Naruto as Mito and Natsuki where dragged by Natsu and Gajeel into the house.

After Breakfast:

Naruto was watching Wendy as he told her to start working on her body. He told her to start with push-ups, then sit-ups, squats, then a cool down run of 1 Km. While he was watching her, he told Yushi and Mira to work on advanced control exercises for magic and chakra. Then he had Elfman and Lisanna working on their magic control. He told them to channel magic to their feet and try to walk on the trees, to which they did as they were told. All while they had to watch out for animals as they were in the Forest of Death. He also had Natsu and Gajeel fighting each other as to help them in their training. They were both trying to use their Dragon Slayer Secret Arts, but had trouble. He saw this and walked over to them to help them, "Okay, boy, watch closely as I perform my magic," said Naruto

"But, Tou-san, you don't have Dragon Slaying Magic," said Natsu as Naruto flicked him in the head

"Don't underestimate your old man, now watch," said Naruto as he got into a stance that had his fist behind him and looked like he was about to punch something. He charged lighting in his hand and launched at a giant tree. Naruto then shouted "DRAGON SLAYER'S SECRET ART: ROARING THUNDER!" and hit the tree, dead center. They then saw the tree fall back with two more and having the fourth one scorched. Naruto lowered his fist and turned to Natsu and Gajeel, who had their jaws on the floor "Did you see what I did?" he asked as Gajeel was the first to respond

"Y-You gathered your magic in your hand and charged it,"

"Correct, not I want you to do the same," said Naruto as they did just that. Gajeel had a green glow surround him as he clasped his hand together. He gathered more magic and was sweating heavily. Soon, he put his right hand in the air and a large beam of light shot out for about 20 feet, he then shouted "DRAGON SLAYER'S SECRET ART: KARMA DEMON: IRON GOD SWORD!" and the light vanished to show a giant sword made out of metal. Gajeel brought the sword down on a nearby tree and stopped half-way to find... that it was stuck. Gajeel pulled and pulled, but he couldn't get it out "WHAT THE HELL?!"

"HAHAHA! BRO GOT HIS HAND STUCK IN A TREE!" shouted Natsu as he rolled on the ground. Naruto had a small smile on his face as he walked to the tree. He put his hand on it and that part of the tree turned into cubes. Gajeel fell backward as his hand turned back to normal. Natsu was rolling on the ground and Gajeel shouted: "IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DO BETTER, FLAME BRAIN, THEN GO AHEAD AND TRY!"

"FINE, I WILL!" shouted Natsu with a smile. He gathered magic around him and had fire surround both his hands. Natsu then shouted "DRAGON SLAYER'S SECRET ART: CRIMSON LOTUS: FIRE DRAGON'S FIST!' and punched a tree... only to have both his hands stuck in the tree. Gajeel then laughed as Naruto walked over to the tree and used his magic to turn the tree into cubes. Natsu rolled back and his Gajeel. Gajeel and Natsu butted heads once they got up and started to fight. Naruto just smiled as he saw Wendy had finished her physical work-out. He walked over to her and told her to do the same thing as Elfman and Lisanna. She did what her dad told her. He was going to see how Mito and Natsuki were doing when he heard a poof, he turned around to see Orochimaru standing there with a smile on his face "you know, Naruto-kun, you could teach at the academy,"

"As much as I would love to, they would be killed in the first hour," replied Naruto as he walked over to him "now why are you here, Orochi-Oji?"

"I've gotten word of some children going missing in a nearby village," replied Orochimaru as Naruto's face turned serious

"Children going missing?"

"Yes, but that's not all,"

"There's more?"

"Yes, there's also a cult,"

"What kind of cult?"

"I don't know, but apparently they worship an old god,"

"What's this god's name?"

"From what the ANBU gathered... the name of the god is Zeref," replied Orochimaru

[Hope you enjoyed this chapter. I'm really sorry I haven't worked on it in awhile, I had ideas that I wanted to get out there before I worked further on this. I'm also sorry that this chapter is very short]
