Chapter 14

In The Chamber:

"Alright, Wendy, try to hit me now," said Naruto as Wendy formed a Sky Dragon Roar and fired it at her father. Naruto just stood there, waiting for it to come to him and it hit him. It caused an explosion after hitting him and Wendy shouted

"TOU-CHAN!"

"It's alright Wendy, I'm fine," said Naruto as the smoke cleared showing that even his clothes weren't harmed "now this time I want you to eat some of the air and try again". It's been 6 months in the time chamber, and so far he thought Wendy the basics of Sky Dragon Slaying such as the roar and eating the air. Wendy started sucking in air and huffed out once she was done. Spreading out her legs she then placed her hands in front of her mouth to form a tube and shouted

"SKY DRAGON ROAR!" and fired an even bigger roar at Naruto, who still stood there with his arms crossed. It hit him again and caused an even bigger explosion, but this time Wendy didn't cry out for her father and once the smoke settled there he was still standing with his arms crossed

"Well done Wendy, how about we try something different," said Naruto as he walked to Wendy

"What would that be?" she asked with her head tilted to the side

"How about we try your healing abilities, I have the scroll here," he said as he took out the scroll "I'm going to give this to you, but I also want you to catch up on your reading. So this is going to be a reading class and a training exercise, am I understood?" he said as Wendy nodded

"Yes, Tou-chan," said Wendy as he told her to sit down. He then sat down next to her and rolled out the scroll

"Alright, Wendy, try to read the first line," said Naruto

"T-to s-s-st-start y-our t-t-train-ning, a-ask f-f-for h-h-hel-lp fr-om an a-adu-lt?" stuttered Wendy as she looked up at Naruto

"You're doing fine, just keep going" he encouraged her. It was about 30 minutes later and Wendy finished the first paragraph, but they came to an abrupt halt when Naruto heard the last line

"T-to h-help w-with the f-f-fir-st p-part of h-h-ea-l-ing, ask help f-f-from an ex-pe-rt. Tou-chan, what's an ex-pe-rt?" she asked

"Someone who has done something a lot and has gotten really good at it," said Naruto as he only had learned some basic healing magic so he couldn't be considered an expert

"Well, are you one?"

"No, no I'm not..." he said as he facepalmed "but sadly I know someone who is"

"Who?"

"Tsunade," he said

"But why are you mad?" she asked as she could feel the anger coming from her father

"I'm not mad sweetheart, I'm just upset that I have to ask help from her," he said as he kissed her forehead

"But why?" she asked again

"It's because of what she did, Wendy, it's because of what she did," he said as he stood up

"What did she do?" asked Wendy as she stood up

"That's a story for another time Wendy, but let's go get her so you can continue your training," he said as he grabbed her hand and left the time chamber. Once outside he saw Konohamaru doing handstand push-ups while Acnologia watched

"Come  on Konohamaru, just another 289 more to go!" shouted Acnologia

"DAMN YOU SENSEI!" shouted Konohamaru as the dragon king just smirked

"Now you have 388, more to go," he said as Konohamaru kept his mouth shut

"Well I see that you have Konohamaru working at it," said Naruto as he walked to Acnologia
