DON'T TELL JACKSON

Hazel's POV

"you like me? I never thought you would've..."

yugyeom took my other hand

"I thought you liked jinyoung so I didn't act on my feelings"

"really, jinyoung??"

I laughed at the thought

"well I heard you this morning.. I heard you say something about Jackson finding out you have feelings for one of his members and then you and jinyoung came downstairs and I thought you were talking about him and-"

"if you came a minute earlier, you would've heard that I was talking about you, I just had to tell someone that wasn't Jackson. Jinyoung is like a second brother to me, you don't have to worry about that"

I said laughing again

yugyeom looked down and his cheeks flushed pink
I heard a yell from the other side of the rink and saw bambam trying to push Jackson to the floor

yugyeom's eyes widened as he looked back to me. He quickly dropped my hands and we stepped away from each other

"I'm guessing you don't want Jackson to find out"

I nodded quickly but smiled

"not just yet, we can tell him after he's gotten used to me living with you guys"

"I don't think I'd like Jackson to attack me right now"

we both laughed together
until yugyeom cleared his throat awkwardly

"does this mean we're... we're together now?"

we both suddenly got nervous again

"I guess so, um. If.. that's okay with you"

yugyeom smiled back at me and we began to skate again

we all piled back into the van and started the ride home, still cold from the ice

I sat next between yugyeom and jinyoung, I was still buzzing from the confessions earlier

I snapped out of my daze when yugyeom tapped my shoulder
I turned to him and he held out one of his headphones

I put it in my ear and watched him scroll through his music for a few seconds until his finger landed on confession song

the music began to play through the bud and I looked into his eyes and whispered
"Christmas is over silly"

he shrugged his shoulders and replied
"it means the same either way"

I couldn't help the small grin that formed on my face. I quickly looked down and started fiddling with my jacket

jinyoung smiled at me from my right, knowing the reason I was so flustered.

Hopefully jackson can't tell.
