"A group of villains are collaborating; Weather wiazard and Trickster are two that we know are working together although we believe that there are more" Barry says to his team in the cortex.
"It's a good idea, a sort of league of your rogues" Oliver says to them quite impressed.
"A team? That could be hard to counter" Kara says to her husband a bit concerned
"We should be more concerned about what to call this group" Cisco says.
"How about the rogues?" A familiar voice says from the hallway.
"Joe?" Barry questions.
"Yeah if your fighting the rogues I want in" Says Joe with excitement.
Kara speeds over to Joe crushing him within a hug. "I love you" she says to him.
"Let me check you over then Joe before you go out" caitlin says feeling happy that her best friends can call down over their child.
"Sorry to interupt the moment Barry, but should formulate a plan to comabt the rogues" Oliver says.
"I think we should wait it out, there's nothing we can do at the moment, Oliver can go back to star city until we could need him again" Kara says
"That seems logical" Says William

Rogue HQ, border between Central and Star city
"Congratulations gentlemen, and miss peekabu" a cold voice says over the intercom. The trickster, weather wizard, pekaboo, face up at it slowly.
"You've done good Axel, I must also commend Mr Mardon on his work against the child" The voice speaks once more as the devious villains gaze around their surroundings. The futuristic walls, high tech and powerful in their capabilities of defence. It was pretty powerful.
The voice spoke once more. "We must further our plan, from last encounters I know that his team are quite caniving and smart alongside his very powerful wife a plan will be in order" the voice says with a grinning tone.
"Can't we just destroy the city" Mardon says
"Silence! I'm thinking" the voice says.
Here's a short filler chapter just showing off what's happening in a sense with a few hints of the plot which I've kinda figured out. I'm kinda structuring this like a season of flash but I'm kinda not but I'm going to aim more towards the structure going forth
