Laurel was district attorney and went through the loss of her boyfriend Tommy in the undertaking. Miraculously her younger sister Sara survived the queen's gambit after it sunk and has arrived in town undercover as the canary Laurel and her father have no idea she's alive. Oliver had met the canary but he still doesn't know it's Sara. When Sara arrived in town the arrow team was working on taking Damien Darhk down and putting him in prison. And Felicity finds out some amazing news.

One of Harvey's best friends and a person who he would respect was Robert Queen. The news that he and his son had been gone and probably dead come as shock to Harvey. However, he did not go to the funeral, nor called. Five years after the shocking news Harvey finds out that Robert's son is alive. Not surprisingly he did not call or go to see the not so young Queen. Well, he did not make that mistake once again when he heard that Moira Queen was dead. Now it's time for Harvey to go to Starling City and on top of that to save QC from bankruptcy. The story starts before season 3 episode 16 of Suits and right after the end of Arrow season 2

When a threat from Felicity's past finds her in Starling City she's driven to face memories she'd long since wished were forgotten. As the risk to her life grows, she's pushed closer to Oliver who is for once at a loss facing a foe who's more like a ghost. Oliver and Felicity admit to their growing feelings for each other as her attacker escalates his attempt to hurt her. However, when the unthinkable happens it will take all the love and care they have for each other to come out the other side.
