While Blake filled the truck with gas, Miranda got out and stretched her tired limbs, frowning when she looked through the back window and saw her daughter stirring. As Miranda opened up the door, Sadie stretched out her legs and rubbed her tired eyes with her fists. Miranda could see from the disoriented look on her little face that she was out of it and confused.

"Momma?" Sadie spoke up in an alarmed voice as she tried to remember where she was and Miranda quickly placed her hands on Sadie's thighs and rubbed them.

"It's okay Baby, I'm right here." She spoke reassuringly and Sadie looked at her with big blue eyes for a moment, before she began to take in her surroundings and pulled her blanket off, lifting her arms out to be lifted.

Miranda quickly undid the buckle, untangled her legs and lifted her sleepy child up on to her hip, smiling to herself when Sadie's legs wrapped around her waist and her face buried itself in to her collarbone. Blake smiled over from the pump and Miranda kissed the top of her head while she gently bounced her to relax her, something that had never failed since she was born nearly 4 years ago.

When Blake finally pulled the nozzle out and screwed the petrol cap closed, he locked the truck with the automatic key and Miranda followed him inside with Sadie. Blake went to pay while Miranda carried their daughter in to the bathroom. It had been hours since she had gone and she was surprised Sadie hadn't had an accident yet. It was the middle of the night and there was nobody else around, so Miranda crouched down with the stall door open and pulled down Sadie's leggings while Sadie clung to her in exhaustion. She began to protest as Miranda lifted her on to the cold toilet seat, but her eyes opened a little when she automatically started to go and realised how desperate she was to relive herself.

"All done." She said quietly when she was finished and Miranda handed her a wad of toilet paper, before she lifted her on to her feet to pull up her underwear and her leggings. Miranda looked around and realised she didn't want to leave Sadie alone while she used the bathroom. She figured her Husband was going to the bathroom too, so Miranda quickly checked to make sure nobody else was around, before she pulled her sweatpants down and couldn't help but smile as Sadie held on to her hand while her Mother used the toilet too.

When she was done, she fixed herself up and flushed, before lifting Sadie up on to the basin and washed both their hands while Sadie's eyes began to droop shut again. When they were all washed up and Miranda had Sadie's hand in hers, she led her daughter out of the bathroom and Blake smiled as his girls wondered over to him, Sadie's thumb planted in her mouth as she looked around at her new surroundings.

"Do you want a coffee Baby?" Blake asked, already knowing the answer. When Miranda's eyes opened up wide in anticipation, Blake laughed and went over to get her one, making sure to put a little milk in, just as she liked it.

"After he had payed and handed it to Miranda, he thanked god when Miranda gave him a tiny little sweet kiss on the lips as a thank you. Clearly, she had listed to his earlier declaration of his love for her.

When Miranda started drinking her coffee, Sadie let go of her hand, loosing her balance as she tried to walk around sleepily. She looked like tiny little drunk person.

"Come here Baby." Blake said gently, with a little bit of a chuckle.

Blake lifted Sadie up and her arms wrapped around his neck as she was carried back outside and over to the truck. As Blake unlocked it and opened up the back door, Sadie began to whimper against his chest and he frowned, leaning back so he could look in to her tired and teary face.

"What's wrong Honey?" He asked gently as he rubbed the bare skin under her sweater and Sadie sniffled and gripped on to his shirt. Blake leaned down to kiss her squishy face as he rocked her back and forth. As soon as Miranda noticed that Sadie was sobbing, she quickly made her way around the truck and looked at Blake with a concerned face.
