When all that separates the tone of a persons skin is a higher or lower concentration of melanin, why does one's skin colour matter? What really separates the different races around the world? Why do we see the need to label, to tell one another that what makes us unique is somehow wrong, or lesser? And where does someone who is torn between two races fit into the grand scheme of this messed up design?
