"you're dating spooky" is the first thing i read off my phone when i woke up. it was my friend catherine. i replied back "where you hear that from" i wasn't denying it, so i really didn't say anything bad. "ruby's snap y'all were all cuddled up and he was kissing your head n shit"
"well yea i'm with him"
"he's not a bad person" before i could send the second message she called me
"hello" i said
"did you just wake up?" she asked
"yea"
"i can't believe your dating spooky, are you crazy"
"he's not a bad person. trust me once you get to know him you'll definitely warm up to him and realize he's really nice."
" im just offended you didn't tell me" she says
i felt bad i usually do tell her most of the things in my life "i just wanted to make sure it was gonna last"
"babe?" i heard oscars voice
"hold on" i said to her
"yes my love"i answered him
"ruby's here" he said

"my brothers here uhm do you wanna do something, if not today maybe this week" i asked her

i hung up the phone and walked down stairs

"how come you're here, not that i care i love when your with me but you never want to come here" i said concerned

"don't tell spooky what?" my boyfriend walked down the stairs. he walked up to ruby. ruby got nervous.
"that uhm i'm so happy your dating my sister" he gave a awkward smile trying to sell his lie.
oscar laughed " i know that's not what you had to tell her"
"ruben what happened." i said giving him a glare
"latrelle pulled up on cesar and monse with a gun" he said fast
"what the fuck" i screamed
"i swear these prophets- they gonna get killed just wait on it" spooky said
i grabbed his arm trying to calm him down
he took his arm out of my grasp going into his bed room

i heard oscar on the phone

"i swear cesar you better take care of this"
is what me and ruby were listening to too. we looked at each other with a scared face and oscar came down stairs.
"what happened to cesar is never gonna happen to you guys, i got it all handled" he said as he walked into the other room.
