'Where are you going?'

'Where ever God leads me to'

She walked away.

I followed her.

She walked past building,

She walked past shops,

She walked past the playground,

She walked past the graveyard,

She walked passed the church,

She crossed the streets,

Her face a mask.

Her eyes are blank.

She showed no emotion.

She was deep it thoughts.

Then tears started to pour.

Her lips started to tremble.

I had never seen her that sad.

I had only ever seen her cry twice in our whole lives.

Then her mask fell...

And she looked so broken.

I didn't know what to do.

But I knew I had to stand tall.

For if I fell too then we would both crumble.

I wasn't going to walk away.

She needed me and I needed her.

I knew how she felt.

I knew what it was like.

And I knew the pain all too well.

I knew the feeling of being lost and not knowing your way.

Not knowing where to go.

Or who to go to...

She jumped.

Then I awoke from my slumber with a tear stained face.

I had just witnessed my best friend jump off a bridge.

I just watched her end it all.

I just watched her slam into the water beneath.

But luckily it was just a dream...

A nightmare.
