Jason's POV

——————time skip—————-

We were hidden in a secret room of a store, and it was getting a little hot with all the body warmth. I don't know how long I would be able to stay undercover, as I might get a heat burn.

Just then I heard a creek, and two voices getting closer to us. It sounded like they were arguing, and as they got even closer to our hiding place, I could decipher some of the words that were exchanged.

"No Strange. That isn't going to work, Thanos has all 6 stones, it's time to build safe places for the people. The situation isn't getting any better and I have my beautiful wife Pepper. I'm ready to start settling down."

"Tony just listen to me. We could fight back, get new alliances. There are so many planets out there. There's got to be more warriors. In fact, every planet has their own defenders, we can figure something out."

"I already told you before Thanos had the six stones, that we had to act before it is too late. There is more at risk for me if we fight, then just if we just let it go."

"Well you're not the whole population Tony. There are hundreds of millions of people, or creature or whatever that have lost someone. For you to take a risk to bring HALF the population back just because YOU have a wife is pretty damn selfish of you."

"You wouldn't know be-."

The two men turned to us when they found us, then looked at Chiron.

"James?" The guy who was supposedly Dr.Strange, said.

"I'm done." Tony said all diva like. (I think I got my names right if I were eavesdropping correctly)

Chiron looked down in shame. Wait.... was that shame? In all my years of training, that emotion had never crossed his face.

"James, you're back?" Strange almost whispered.

"I guess so. Look Strange, I know what I did was wrong, but I have come to ask for forgiveness." Chiron took a pause, "and a favour." He said finally making eye contact with the slender man in front of us.

Strange's face suddenly contorted into anger, his face becoming a dark shade of velvet.

"A favour? A favour! After you left us the only thing you come back here is for a favour?" I could tell Strange was trying hard to keep his calm.

"I should of known. You are nothing but a piece of crap and a user." He spat through his clenched teeth, and stormed off into the direction the Stark guy went.

"Well that went good. What should we do next?" I turned to Chiron trying to lighten the fact that we were all pretty much shocked at their outburst.

A pinch of sadness crossed over his features, his head hung low, nodding ever so slightly.

"I should have known. I'm sorry guys, but pursuing them for help will only lead us to a dead end." Chiron grimaced.

"Me, Piper, Frank, Hazel, Leo, Per-, right, well, we will try to talk to them, just tell us where they are or like their headquarters. They seem like the guys with like high tech equipment and really cool gadgets and-." I said. I turned to look at everybody and I clearly did not pick the best choice of words. "I should stop talking,"

Hazel's POV

After Jason volunteered us to go talk to them, I piped in.

"Yeah, you're not alone on this one, but I have to ask, why did you leave the Avengers? Not to rub it in your face or anything, but...they are like The AVENGERS! They are so big!" I exclaim. Ok, now I'm fan-girling. What the hell was wrong with me?
