Different Breed Part Three

Start from the beginning

"Do you think I work at the vet for free? Never that. I love animals to death, but I got to work. It took me over 7 months to make this money. I've been thinking about this moment for years" Milton replied, as they reached a bus stop.

"Cool, star. Guess what Yvonne told me..." Javan started

"What?" Milton asked, putting the money back into his back pocket

"She told me that Angelique is on to you" Javan replied [The word "ON" in this case, mean's "someone likes a specific other in a romantic sense]

"Please don't play with my life like that, you know how I feel about her" Milton barked

"I'm deadly serious. You know Yvonne and Angelique go to the same Athletics club, so she won't lie" Javan grinned

"Ok, we will see" Milton declared as their Double Decker bus pulled up. The automated doors opened, and Milton entered, scanning his bus card at the driver

"What do you mean by that, star?" Javan asked, before getting onto the bus.

The boys reach their destination bus stop. They walk to a terraced house in a quiet area, lit by amber orange coloured streetlights. As they walked, Javan rang Romone on his mobile phone to come outside. The weather is not freezing, but it is arguably cold.

Romone then comes out from his house. He is wearing a sky blue coloured hoody, jet black coloured three quarter length, baggy jeans and jet black coloured hi tops trainers.

"This better be worth it man. I was in the back fixing my car" Romone declared

"What are you on about? We fixed your brothers car earlier" Javan stated

"No, remember I got my own in the back? I need to replace the exterior parts, you know, get some good motors... and rims... and wheels... I need side mirrors too..." Romone said in a procrastinating way, as the boys continued to walk

"Your nuts! Anyhow, so Romone, has your brother's friend set us up?" Milton asked

"Yeah, his name is Michael Mitchell. He's a water taxi driver. You know, it's like a taxi but it's in demand, like a regular taxi. Safe guy you know, he's madly into boats and stuff though, so he's cool. I'll beg him for a discount to the Netherlands 'cause it won't be cheap!" Romone grinned as they approached and sat the bus stop. Milton cannot help but wonder about his biological family. It was almost too much to bear. His heart felt like ripping out of his chest, he began to sweat violently at the thought. But he could not shake the feeling of all the weird occurrences that are happening, such as the brick being thrown at him with the word "BASTARD" carved on it; The large crane that smashed into the Chinese shop he was in; the two-by-four wood that smashed Romone's brother's back window and the tyre with the words "QUIT, BASTARD" painted onto it. Milton was almost convinced that someone doesn't want him to succeed, but he focused on his biological family. He then started to think about Angelique, whether it is true about how she felt about him. The three teens hop onto the Double Decker bus.

They soon reach their bus stop. They reached a river, near the Docks, and a figure is seen. It is a young man near a vast, white ferry. He wore a Pale blue coloured tailored shirt and trousers. and wore jet black coloured shoes. He is about 6 foot 3. This is Michael Mitchell. The water made the scenery very cold; the atmosphere was noticeably dark with almost no light in sight, but the sky was brightening just slightly, and the distance streetlights added some clarity. They all stood beside Michael's Hydrofoil Ferry.

"Yo, Mikey!" Romone roared and shook hands with Michael

"Long time, young one. These are your friends, right?" Michael asked in a friendly, baritone voice
