"Now, Mel remembered this is a scientific dig so you have to be careful." You were packing for your Archaeological dig that had to go on for work. Melanie had asked you to let her go last time but, she was on The Voice and could not go. Now that she had been eliminated off the show you couldn't say no. So, you were helping her pack.

4 Days Later

"(Y/N), why can't I help dig?" Melanie asked. You had gotten to the dig yesterday. "Melanie, I told you I don't what you getting hurt. So please, walk carefully." The trail to the dig was rocky and you were even sure you would fall. "Fine, I'll just play my guitar." Melanie states. You had let her bring it even though your supervisor would murder you just by bringing Mel!
You realized that you had a new supervisor. You were relieved that he wasn't here. You pointed to a place for Melanie to play. As she started playing you realize it was "Cough Syrup" a song she sang on The Voice.
