Ben's POV
"Tanner,
What the hell are you doing here at this time,
In Lily's house?"
I couldn't contain myself,
From asking,
"We were...."
Tanner said looking at Lily,
"Lily,
Where are your parents?"
I asked,
Protectively,
"Out of town?"
She replied in a whisper,
My insides clenched,
"Ben,
We were doing homework..."
Lily said,
But,
Her face gave it away,
And so did her clothes,
"You both are doing homework,
In your pajamas, at 3 in the morning?"
I asked them again,
"Ben,
You have to back off,
What if we were doing something else,
Its none of your business,
She is my girlfriend...!"
Tanner said to me,
"What!"
I heard Lily exclaim,
I nodded my head,
"Your right Tanner..."
I pivoted and started walking back to my own house,
Feeling almost betrayed,
"Ben!
Wait!"
I heard Lily screaming behind me
