She called me many bad things,

Words I had never heard in my life,

I looked at you for help,

but you only stood there with emotionless eyes,

She slapped me,

you did nothing,

you didn't protect me,

I ran out of your house to my own,

The rain came pouring down on my face,

I heard you yell, "Wait!"

I turned around hoping to see you behind me,

I guess I was wrong,

You were running behind her
