Jaebum walked back into the room, stuffing his phone in his pocket with a sigh.
"What's wrong, babe? Did she not take it well?" I questioned as he sat beside me.
He was on the phone to Jiyeon, ready to break up with her.
"I'm sorry but I didn't do it."
I felt my heart flutter in relief, this game was really beginning to take a turn for the worst.
"Oh, right." I faked disappointment.
"I couldn't do it, not now anyways." He continued.
"Why not?"
He looked up at me with a happy but at the same time, sad smile.
"Jiyeon's pregnant, I'm going to be a father."
