Millie's POV
Same Day (Wednesday)
Lunch Time (cafeteria table)

"So Millie mind telling me who you made out with in the janitor's closet?" Sadie asks scrolling through her phone causing me to choke on my water

"WHAT?" I ask loudly still coughing

"Did you really think I didn't see you come out of the janitors closet with a proud look on you face?" Sadie continues staring deep into my soul

"WHY DID I JUST HEAR ABOUT THIS NOW?" Maddie squeals attracting the attention of the boys

"HEY DO YOU MIND IF YOU SHUT UP OVER THERE?" Finn shouts loudly from his table, everybody in the canteen now focussing on us

"I'm gonna kill that son of a-" Maddie mutters about to stand up but I stop her

"Let me take this one." I say getting up

"Oh great!" Finn says standing up as well, I don't think he knows I have a plate of spaghetti In hand behind me.

"And the award to biggest loud mouth goes to..." I trail off.

"And what's my award now brown?" He asks us now 30 centimetres away

"This." I put the plate of spaghetti on his shirt causing his eyes to light up with... excitement why is he excited.

"SHE JUST STARTED A FOOD FIGHT!" He shouts causing everybody to take cover

Maddie was throwing mashed potatoes at Gaten, Sadie was throwing cans of opened Fanta and coke at Caleb, grace was throwing milkshakes at Noah while laughing and I was throwing my ice cream at Finn while laughing everybody in the canteen joined in fighting in their groups

"I'm going to kill you brown!" Finn says while throwing his cold water over me, we where quite close together so he whispered," and that was revenge for the bucket you threw on me."

"Your gonna pay for that." I say getting ketchup and smearing it on his face.

"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!" The principal yells, everybody points to Finn and me and our friends

"Wow you're all a bunch of sellouts!" I shout.

"RUN!" Noah yells to all of us and we don't hesitate to follow that command

We all bolt out the exit of the canteen and head to the parking lot.

"Guys lets all get in my jeep there is like  10 seats!" Caleb yells while we are still running away from our principal, we all follow and run into the jeep, Sadie is in the front with Caleb, Maddie is beside Gaten, Noah is in the back with grace and me and Finn are sitting beside gaten and Maddie.

"What did I do to get stuck with you?" I whisper to him

"This." He says as he points to his ketchup smeared face making me laugh.

"Where are we going Caleb?" Finn asks lightly laughing at me

"Well first are any of your parent at your houses?" He asks and everybody replies no

"Well I'm going to drop you all home, your going to get changed but have a swim suit underneath because we are going to the quarry to cool down." He implies referring to the freakishly scorching hot September day.

Everybody was getting dropped off one by one until it was just me and Caleb.

"Well?" Caleb asks turning down the radio

"Well?" I ask confused

"Do you like Finn or our group?" He asks eagerly

"Well to be honest he's still a little shit but you, Gaten and Noah are completely fine you all seem nice enough so that makes me wonder why are you friends with him?" I state

"Finn isn't that bad when you get to know him honestly he's really nice just a bit of a... what's the word-" he expresses

"Egotistical jock?" I question which he nods

"In some way but you would think for him being the captain of the football team he would be more jock like but he's more egotistical than a jock." He hesitates

"Preach it." I mutter when he pulls up to my house.

"Thanks McLaughlin you're not that bad I can see why Sadie likes you." I say causing his eyes to widen

"Wait how did you know we where friends?" He asks smiling

"Because all Sadie does is talk about you like 'Caleb this, Caleb that.' I swear." I say putting a hand on my heart to show I'm not lying

"Wait she talks about me?" He asks surprised

"A lot honestly I think she likes you." I say stepping out of the car.

"You really thinks so?!" He asks excitedly.

"Oh I know so McLaughlin you should totally ask her out." I reply, his eyes lit up like stars.

"Wow thanks Millie! I'll do it tonight!" He replies

"No problemo caleb." I say closing the door.

I see him smile while driving away. Wow he really is crazy for red head I almost envy her.
