You and the team just got back from a stressful case, and all you wanted to do was see your wife Penelope. But you had to fill out some paperwork before you could see her.
Over an hour later, you were finally done. It wasn't really that late, but most of the team went home for the day, and you were about to as well, after you collected your wife of course.
You heard laughs coming from her office and when you peeked in, you saw Derek hugging her from behind.
"Stealing my wife chocolate thunder?" You ask with a laugh, Pen looking at you with a smile and slowly walks over to you.
"Hi cutie." She leans forward and kisses you softly. Derek smirks and clears his throat.
"I would never steal your lovely wife, you know that," you hum and give him a smile.
"Good, cause I have a gun and know how to use it. But if you y'know borrow my wife, I sure neither of us would mind." You give him a wink beforw taking your wife's hand and walking out of her office, leaving a laughing Derek Morgan behind.
