Hi I'm Bea! I'm 14 turning 15 in June. I've tried to lose weight countless times, but every time I fail. I finally got serious about losing weight at the beginning of November. I started my journey November 1st of 2017 weighing 185 pounds. Now, a couple months later, I weigh 165 pounds at the height of 5"5 and my goal is 140. Lately I haven't been really motivated to stick to my diet so I decided to start writing my experiences down to help me push to the end of my journey.

This book will consist of my experiences, tips, guidance, motivation, and me ranting about the struggles of being overweight.

I will update at least once a week; school can get in the way of things but lets hope for the best.

Also, if you ever need someone to talk to about anything I'm here for you.

If I help just one person through this book then it will all be worth it.
