You and Sherlock were walking the freezing cold streets for one very simple reason, there had been no food in the house. You and Sherlock being the only ones in, meaning one of you had to go, the problem was you had hurt your arm, meaning you couldn't carry much, therefore, the consulting detective decided to come with you, as you knew what was needed and he could carry it. It was a great plan, except it was freezing cold and not even your coat was keeping you warm on the evening walk.

Even with bags in hand, Sherlock managed to take his scarf off and wrap it around your neck, bringing you a little more warmth. "Thank you, Sherlock," you tell him and a small smile appears on his lips. "Of course, love," he says as he continues to walk with you towards home, neither of you needed more conversation.
