Before the incident
You sign as you looked through your the report again.
It was way pass your bed time but you couldn't sleep.
Just a couple of days ago, a young man went missing. There weren't any trace of him being kidnap so the police just assumed he ran away from home. And they closed the case.
You could have let this case go too, but you couldn't, you weren't assigned to the case, but your childhood best friend was.
When he broke the news to the teens parents, they were devastated. The son was a 21 year old, he was known to be rebellious but the parents couldn't accept the fact that their only son decided to take a road trip to lala land.
You were there when the father tried to reason with Jimin to continue the case, while the mother cried.
You felt guilty, so you told them you would help them find their son.
But you're starting to think this case was a lost cause, the report wasn't any help either. But you read it again,
