Warning very sad

Sam set in his chair on his computer watching a video of him and (y/n). She was laughing and smiling at him as he hugged her.

"I love you Sam Winchester!" She exclaimed kissing him.

"I love you (y/n) (l/n)!" He exclaimed picking her up and spinning her around.

Sam let out a sigh as he shut his computer and remembered the fight that had ended their relationship.

(Your POV)

"Sam are you home?" I asked looking around.

I frowned as I made it to his room to see bottles of alcohol everywhere. I walked over to his side and looked down at his sleeping for. I shook him awake and he looked at me confused.

"Baby? What are you doing here?" He asked sitting up.

"Why do you do this to yourself?" I asked looking around.

"What are you talking about?" He asked confused.

"This! The drinking! Sam it is killing you!" I snapped glaring at him.

"I'm a grown man! I can do what I want!" He snapped standing up.

"Yea but I can't watch you kill yourself." I said as tears streamed down my face.

"What are you saying?" He asked confused.

"I'm done! I'm done with the late nights! I'm done with the heartache! I'm done Sam!" I yelled running out of the room.

Sam put his heads in his hands and felt tears stream down his face. After (y/n) had left she had gotten in a car accident.... she was in the critical condition at the hospital and Sam couldn't bring himself to visit her. Dean had went to check on her and told Sam what all the doctor had told him.

"Sammy I'm home!" Dean yelled opening the door.

"I'm here." Sam said softly.

"I got a case.... mind coming with me?" Dean asked with a smile.

"Sure." He said standing up.

Dean drove Sam to the hospital and he looked at him confused.

"Room 212..... Sam you love her and I know she loves you. The doctor doesn't think she is gonna make it.... please man you gotta see her once more or you will regret it." Dean said sadly.

Sam got out of the car and slowly walked into the hospital. He found her room and chocked back a sob as he saw her o mine bed hooked up to machines. He gently took her hand and rubbed circles on it.

"(Y/n).... it's me Sam.... I heard that people in comas... could hear everything around them.... I know it might not be true, but I have to try..... please baby come back to me.... I can't live without you.... please.... please don't leave me... you don't have to be my girlfriend.... all I want is you to be okay." He whispered through tears.

After a few minutes he felt something squeeze his hand. Tears streamed down his face as he looked up to see (y/n)'s eyes open and her smiling at him.

"Oh thank god! I was so worried about you!" He exclaimed kissing her hand.

"Don't worry Sam..... I'm not going anywhere." She said with a smile.

He leaned down and kissed her cheek before going to find a doctor. She grabbed his hand before he could leave and he turned to face her.

"You missed." She said with a smile.

He let out a chuckle as he leaned down and kissed her lips. He stood up and went to get a doctor as she laid in bed smiling at him.
