Lucifer! Help I bear this bitter piece,
Bliss I occupy, in hell you reside.
Seraph Chorale and cherubs songs have cease;
The divine thunder thy downfall thine pride;
Res'lute my heart, yet faithful knees do bend.
Eyes reflect, blade spent, his coat drips our blood,
Wings draped, tears streak, my heart laid bare weakened
From battle, faith soars with divine flash flood,
Reminisce do I our holy debates:
Bittersweet thoughts hold heavy emptiness,
Love warms my heart, yet holes it perforates
I bloom yet decay with pretentiousness,
Thoughts of glory, buried in thy absence,
My burden released by holy hind'rance.
